Sustainable Engineering Solutions (SES), a multi-disciplinary consulting company, is currently looking to recruit a highly qualified candidate for the role of Operations Assistant for the USAID West Bank and Gaza Architecture and Engineering Services project.

Location: Ramallah – Palestine

Responsibilities

Collecting vendors invoices, preparing payment vouchers and journalizing to QuickBooks
Preparing VAT Refund Sheet
Preparing monthly accounting reconciliations (Bank, Petty Cash, supplier statements ... etc.)
Assisting in preparing the monthly subaward report and other compliance duties per MO21
Assuming responsibility of asset management, including records update and timely inventory count
Liaising with Jawwal, Paltel and another telecom. service providers for keeping needed mobile lines activated and uprunning
Collecting and reviewing vehicles log sheets, and reporting on any personal use.
Assisting in files preparation for financial and compliance audit
Assisting in filing and records keeping
Any other duties as assigned with supervisor.
Minimum Requirements

Proficiency in computer tasks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Very good command of Arabic and English written and verbal communication.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Fast learner, self-initiator, focused, team-player, highly motivated.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relative field

 Required Experiences

At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position is required.
