We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated male/female Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs tailored to the needs of individual patients. This role requires a deep understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and plan appropriate treatment strategies.
Develop individualised treatment plans that include exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
Provide hands-on therapy, including massage, joint mobilization, and other techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and lifestyle changes to support their recovery and prevent future injuries.
Monitor patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with the team to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
Stay current with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy to provide high-quality care.
Offer guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
Promote a positive and motivating environment to encourage patient engagement and commitment to their rehabilitation goals.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
License to practice as a Physiotherapist in Palestine.
Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
