We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Telecommunications Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VoIP systems, including Asterisk server management, VoIP routing, SMS routing, SMPP protocol, and Linux server management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain VoIP systems, including Asterisk, and related servers.
- Design and implement custom server solutions tailored to specific needs.
- Manage and troubleshoot SMS routing systems.
- Implement and manage SMPP protocols for messaging servers.
- Maintain and manage Linux servers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of communication
- Provide technical support and guidance on telecommunications and server-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in telecommunications and server technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications.
- Expert-level knowledge in VoIP systems and VoIP routing.
- Expert-level experience with Asterisk server management.
- Expert-level experience in SMS routing.
- Proficiency in SMPP protocol implementation.
- Proficiency in Linux server management.
- Expert-level experience in SMS routing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with managing API (HTTP) SMS routing.
- Expert in VoIP interconnections, Signaling & Media address (RTP), is a must.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in routing classes.
- Expert in VoIP modelling for billing and routing.
- Familiar with Call Center concept.
- Expertise in LCR and LCR1 systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant telecommunications fields.
- Experience with additional communication protocols and server technologies.
