• Preparing creative posts.
• Come up with ideas or topics for the posts
• Do audience engagement, data analysis, and continuous strategy refinement.
• Handle platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to reach new customers, engage with current ones, and announce MW services. 
• Handle company communication channels
• Act like a public relations officer
• Handle some admin work and attend conferences and workshops
• Represent the company in public events

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent content creation skills with a knack for storytelling and visuals.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
